What is the VNN web app?

It is this website, saved to your home screen so it opens like an app: full screen, one tap away, straight to the front page. It is free, there is no app store download, it uses almost no storage and it updates itself. To remove it, press and hold the VNN icon and choose Remove. What the web app stores on your device
